2019 Construction Photos and Videos:
I worked as a construction assistant for a 4 bedroom spec house for the summer of 2019.
I learned proficient skills within construction methods and tools that were used on site, developed knowledge of material by delivering lumber and hardware shop orders to the job site, and made strong communication and interpersonal skills by working with experienced architects and masons during the construction process.
HERS Rating Application:
I applied for a Home Energy Rating application for a new construction project that CLC Construction was doing. I lead the application process and conducted site visits with the HERS raters and energy companies to understand how to rate the sustainability of a home in relation to its energy, construction methods, and air-tightness values.
